Your first visit

Do I need gloves ?
No. You can use our gloves, bands, and shin pads. We also sell equipment at the gym.
I am new to Muay Thai. Can I join?
Yes. All levels train together, and beginners are welcome.
Is it safe for kids and teens?
Yes. Kids and teens are welcome, and training is supervised and adapted for age and level. See the kids program.
Should I choose group or private training?
Private training is ideal if you want to learn the basics faster or work on specific goals. Group classes are great for training with others and building consistency.
Is water available?
We have a water fountain, but we recommend bringing a bottle.
